shouldn't this be over?

Spring should be over by now. So why, tell me, did I wake up Monday morning having to scrape snow off the truck with a racketball racket (the one thing I could find) only to drive to work in a full-on blizzard? I've asked you nicely already. Now PLEASE go away.
